Staff attorneys from the Northeast New Jersey Legal Services Education Representation Project will be presenting on Special Education Law in New Jersey covering:

·        Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Section 504 plans, reasonable accommodations

·        Rights and responsibilities of students and guardians

•  With a brief overview of students experiencing homelessness and those related laws that address student homelessness

·        Access to education during COVID-19
