The goal of this training is to provide current information to assist providers in understanding the experiences of and working effectively with Transgender and gender non-conforming youth.

Objectives - participants will be able to:

1. Understand the neurological contributions to the trans* experience

2. Understand & use appropriate terminology

3. Apply knowledge and suggested policies when working with trans* youth.

4. Increase knowledge of resources for trans* youth and their families.
