APFC (A Partnership For Change) presents DV: SOS (Support on Site). Since March 2020, APFC has presented this program to more than 1200 social service agency staff including 243 CASA volunteers to date. DV:SOS is a program that provides two (2) hour classes designed to help CASA volunteers gain insight into the issue of domestic violence and understand the impact it has on children; it addresses the issue from a victim's perspective and provides practical information that will help CASA volunteers better understand victimization and the resources for support.
